W RM Guide Bearing

The outer ring of the guide roller is a W-shaped outer surface consisting of two 90-degree V-shapes. The inner or outer side can be used alone to adapt to the 90 degree inner V or outer V guide, or the inner side can be used to adapt to the cylindrical guide.

The internal structure design of the guide rollers with double-row angular contact ball bearings and the thickened outer ring give the rollers a higher load-bearing capacity.

The guide rollers are made of high quality bearing steel, heat treated, precision ground and machined, and filled with long-life high quality multi-purpose grease inside, so that the double grooves of the roller bearings are lubricated and an oil film is formed, which greatly enhances the service life of the roller bearings! The rollers are protected from dust by metal dust caps or rubber seals (suffix X). Roller bearings made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel are also available
