Nantong Haihui’s guide roller bearings are mainly made of high quality bearing steel (GCR15) or stainless steel (AISI440C\420), after heat treatment with good mechanical properties, and the use of precision steel balls to further enhance product performance. Cages made of engineering plastic or high quality Nissan steel with SPCC also guarantee reliable operation of the bearings. The rollers are fitted as standard with SHELL high quality multi-purpose grease, nitrile rubber seals or dust caps made from high quality Nissan steel tape SPCC, ensuring good lubrication and sealing against dust during operation. In order to adapt to different product use occasions, can also be customized according to the requirements of filling different grease, using different materials seal ring roller, high temperature resistant fluorine rubber manufacturing seal ring and so on.

SG series guide roller produced by Haihui Bearing Company and LFR series guide roller bearing performance is similar to the unique “countersunk” design so that SG series guide roller is mainly used in flat, particularly compact installation space of the guide, and guide roller supporting the fixed bearing installed in the guide roller will not protrude or rarely protrude into the bearing plane. Used in embroidery machines, linear guides, industrial robots, automation equipment, cutting equipment, mobile guides, production lines, transmission machinery, medical instruments, printing machinery and other CNC equipment.

Haihui bearing different series of guide roller products are suitable for rail running profile, such as the Gothic arc groove structure is suitable for cylindrical guide, so that the force of the roller has been reasonably distributed, improve the bearing capacity of the roller. For systems or equipment that require wear on the guide rails, Haihui uses a special design with double hardness, i.e. the internal structure of the rollers uses standard hardness to ensure that the rollers have a long service life, and the external hardness of the rollers is lower than that of the guide rails. This reduces the wear and tear of the guide rails, making maintenance easier and less costly.
