LV Guide Bearing

1.LV (RV) series bearings can be widely used in cylindrical guide rails or 120° V-shaped guide rails. Unlike LFR series rollers, LV series bearings are highly adaptable to the size of the guideway, and each specification can be adapted to a wide range of guideway diameter sizes, which can be widely used in heavy-duty guideways, mobile equipment, straightening machinery, etc.

2. The bearing adopts the internal structure design of double-row angular contact ball bearing and thickened outer ring, so that the bearing has higher bearing capacity.

3. The bearings are made of high quality bearing steel (AISI52100 or stainless steel AISI440C), heat treated, precision ground and machined, and filled with long life high quality multi-purpose grease inside. The bearings are protected from dust by metal dust caps. The bearings can also be supplied with concentric and eccentric shafts.
